Re-Gen exists to find new uses for current waste streams. Forging ways for companies to move towards zero landfill is not only good for the planet, it is good for the bottom line.
More important than material management Re-Gen focuses on regenerating the lives of our employees. Working with local social service agencies we identify people who need to catch a break.Together we intentionally mentor and teach life-skills to these employees such as time management, financial management, and conflict management. Learning these soft skills brings stability to lives making it possible for our employees to achieve their goals.
Regenerating materials. Regenerating lives. That's Re-Gen, Inc.
One of our partners has a zero-landfill initiative. But the problem is their scrap is not easily recyclable. Off-spec assemblies were being landfilled even though the various materials had potential for recycling.
After some creative thinking Re-Gen proposed a solution. Now assemblies are deconstructed, metal and plastic are reclaimed and recycled, and a civil-infill product uses the balance of the assembly.
With the right initiative, innovation, and partnership, your goals can also be reached. Let Re-Gen know your own goals, and let's see what happens.
